Please fill the application form in CAPITAL LETTERS only.

Submission of the application form does not mean granting of admission.

The date of birth and the spelling of the pupil’s name should be according to the last school records.

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to intimate the school in writing if there are any changes in the details provided in the application form.

Please ensure that all the following documents, which are required to complete the admission process (after the provisional admission is granted), are submitted.

3 Passport size photograph of the parent / guardian

Transfer Certificate

Photocopy of the child’s Birth Certificate

Photocopy of the child’s Aadhaar ID

Photocopy of Student’s Community Certificate
